Hollywell Road Market (HRM) is part of the Drakes Supermarkets independent retail chain. It is a Market style store with 50% of the total store comprising of fresh foods. The team at HRM are looking for a fun and energetic leader to manage the Front End Department - the most important department of the store!

The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business. They will be given the flexibility to tailor the service to meet the specific needs of the customers within the local area.


Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Significant front end and POS knowledge

  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Accurate team rostering
  • Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
  • Excellent communication skills
