Our brand-new store in Lightsview is opening in October! We are seeking an In-store Cook to join the Lightsview team. 

Until the store has completed its construction phase, successful candidates will initially be placed at Drakes stores within the surrounding area, to undertake comprehensive training in time for the stores opening. 

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• The ability to operate commercial cooking equipment
• Excellent time management & ability to work under pressure
• An understanding of HACCP Food Safety Standards
• Experience in ordering stock
• Ability to accurately and efficiently follow systems & recipes
