We are in need of a self-motivated, friendly and reliable individual who prides themselves on their corporate presentation to join our Team at Head Office in a full-time capacity.
As the 'face and voice' of the business, you must have excellent communication and organisation skills and be capable of working efficiently in a high volume and demanding environment.
As a key member of the Administration Support Team, you will:
Meet and greet customers - both in person and over the phone
Answer incoming calls on a busy switchboard and be able to effectively distribute the calls to the correct area and person
Organise couriers and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
Coordinate kitchen roster, supplies and equipment
Perform Head Office Inductions and complete correct paperwork
Other administration duties, as directed by management
To be the successful candidate, you will have:
Experience in office administration
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
Excellent communication skills for internal and external customers and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Sound time management and organisation skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
