About this opportunity: Our Glenmore store in Rockhampton is currently looking a motivated and hard working retail leader, to join and assist leading our store as a Store Manager in Training. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be given the necessary guidance and training to manage teams, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more! Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: - Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge
- Ability to order and cost control
- An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
- Accurate team member rostering
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- A flair for merchandising
