About you:

As part of a dynamic, hands-on team in a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants should demonstrate:

• Fresh food retail experience (preferred, not essential)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit
• Accurate and efficient rostering skills
• A customer-first mindset with excellent service skills
• Clear communication and the ability to work with team members and management
• Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coach, train, and manage team performance
• Commitment to work health and safety standards
